🔹Systems first, AI second: Don’t get distracted by shiny new tools. Document and fix your business systems first—AI only magnifies what’s already there (the good and the not-so-good!).
🔹Start small and get clarity: Pick ONE critical process in your clinic. If you can’t document how it works from end-to-end, pause on AI and focus on systematizing first.
🔹Don’t fall in love with tools, fall in love with solving problems: Before you pick your next automation or AI upgrade, make sure you’re clear on the real business problem you’re solving.
